As you know, coffee enema is a natural, effective and safe way to detoxify and cleanse the body. Although coffee enema isnt popular, it has been created since 1917 by Dr. Max Gerson. Coffee enema is so simple that most people can do it at home without the supervision of therapist. However, therere certain coffee enema instructions you need to keep in mind:
1. Coffee
Is your coffee organic and not decaffeinated? The reason of using organic coffee is because most organic coffee are not highly processed. It contains caffeine which is one of the most important substances for coffee enema and contain less or no chemical ingredients. If you have the organic coffee that is mentioned, coffee enemas will be safe and effective.
2. Water
Use purified water or water that is filtered and boiled. Dont use tap water that contain bacteria, heavy metals and other chemical ingredients. The tissues around your anus allow your body to absorb the coffee very fast. If therere substances that cause harm to the body, it will be absorbed too.
3. Temperature
Before entering the coffee into your body or the enema kit, make sure thee temperature of the coffee is almost the same as the temperature of your body. Hot liquid might cause internal burn and cause harm to your colon. Most coffee enema guides or instructions will mention this issue. If you follow the steps, this wouldnt be a great problem to you.
4. Air
Before doing coffee enema, make sure you open the clamp and release some coffee from the tube. This step will make sure no air is in the tube. If theres some air in the tube, it wont cause much danger. But it will cause your stomach to feel uncomfortable. This is a good practice.
5. Inserting
Before entering the tube into your anus, put on some olive oil at the end of the tube. You can use other plant oil that are not highly processed such as grape seed oil and sunflower seed oil. The oil will smoothen the process of entering the tube into your anus and make it easier. Dont force it in, move it in slowly. If its not entering, pull it out and move it in again. You got to be patient with this to avoid hurting your body.
6. Clean
Finally, keep the enema kit clean if you are using a reusable enema kit. Wash the bag and the tube. When you are doing coffee enema, the tube entered a part of the body which contain bacteria. Cleaning the tube will reduce the chances of getting infection.
If you follow these instructions, you are able to enjoy a great and safe coffee enema experience.
